Inspection of High-Strength Bolting Observation of bolting operations shall be the primary method used to confirm that the materials, procedures and workmanship incorporated in construction are in conformance with the construction documents and the provisions of the RCSC Specification for Structural Joints Using High-Strength Bolts, hereafter referred to as the RCSC Specification. 6-2 are not applicable.
